#TrashTag Challenge Is Bringing Out The Best In Humanity

In the past decades, a lot of people like to be involved in various types of challenges. Some of the challenges leads to damage (mentally or physically) or even death.

These challenges are what they usually do to go viral, for instance the #KnifeChallenge or the #IceBucketChallenge or #HotSpicyChickenRamenChallenge. The weirder and dangerous they are, the more viral they can be! However, there is this one challenge that people have been talking about, and it got positive effects more than ever!

The #TrashTag Challenge or originally known as #BasuraChallenge (Basura means garbage) has started early this month, March 2019 and it went viral after a Facebook post with a hashtag called #TrashTag has caught the public attention. The public since then take up the challenge and they posted the before and after picture of the challenge.

This challenge is basically requiring us to clean up the trash in that particular place. You choose where you want to clean, and it needs to be tidied up in 48 hours.

Not only that, in this challenge, it also requires people that already did the challenge to tag their friends or followers to do the same. After they participated, they need to post the before and after picture of the place that they have trashed out on Twitter, Instagram and other social medias.

After a post from a person that makes the #10YearChallenge about the environment has became so ill, seeing an inspiring challenge came up really brings out the best of people. Let’s hope that in the future, people can do this challenge without thinking about the #TrashTag, but as their own duty to protect the planet.
